Dark and Stormy

Stormy Smokey Eye:
This smudgy, smokey eye is edgy and sultry, perfect for a night on the town! Blended with shades of silvery greys and blacks, this look flatters any skin tone and eye colour. Our highly pigmented, blendable shadows make this look simple to create. Skip the liner and use our shadow with a damp brush instead for a longer lasting final touch!

Colors used: 38 special, Raven and Funeral party.

How-to:
Start with a light application of 38 special all over your lid and up to the brow bone, blending as you go.
Add Raven, starting at the halfway point and blending outwards toward your temples.
Repeat on lower lash line. In the outer corners (outer "V"), apply Funeral party, dragging lightly into your lower lash line and smudging as you go.
With a damp angled eyeliner brush, apply Funeral party to your upper lash line, thicker in the outer corner and gradually thinning toward the inner corners.
Add a touch of 38 special in your inner corners to highlight.
Finally, finish with our HD mascara in black on upper and lower lashes, a swipe of our pressed blush in No Doubt, and a slick of our gloss in Pretty please, and you're ready to steal the show!

Hello ladies, I want to share with you a new favorite hair product that I have recently found and have completely fallen in love with. Personally I love to wash my hair every day, I know I know it’s said not to be in good practice but I love the feeling of freshly washed hair. But on those days when I wake up so....... late there’s no chance I will make it to work in a reasonable amount of time this product has saved me. KMS California Makeover Hair Play literally has saved my hair numerous times from walking into work with yesterday’s greasy hair and by the way it smells like mint and grapefruit. Its a must try and only retails for about $14.00.
Happy Shopping<3

A Pink Pout

Well hello again, I know its been a while but I've finally settled in to my new role at work, my new place and now have the time to focus more on blogging. Today I'm just going to keep it short and sweet and share my two favorite drugstore finds. I honestly love these two products and wear them almost every day together. Colour Caresse shine stain in pink perseverance (182) and Colour Caresse by Colour Riche in cotton pink (170) Colours shown below. I absolutely love the shine stain because it last for ever but still has a soft hydrating feel and the Colour Riche gives your pout that extra pinky glow. These product retail for about $12 Canadian and are great buys if your looking for a light summer fresh look.

Product Review: e.l.f. Studio Lash Extending Mascara

Anyways today I wanted to share with you the Studio Lash Extending Mascara. I love this product but personally I don't feel like it makes your lashes any longer but it holds a curl, it goes on smooth, It easy to apply and with the hard plastic brush it coats each lash individually and doesn't clump. If your intreted in this product check out http://www.eyeslipsface.com/studio/eyes/mascara/lash-extending-mascara it retails for $3 and they ship to canada.

Painted Lilac

Earlier in the month my best friend and I were having a girl’s night and she told me about ELF Cosmetics which specializes in cosmetics, brushes and nail polishes. When she realized I never heard about this brand she made me go online and place an order. Now note I have never used there cosmetics but there nail polished are surprisingly amazing for only being $2 each. The first colour I tried was a very sexy red called Cranberry and I was astounded by how long it lasted, five days no chip, No lie. Since my first order, I have place two more orders for their nail polish. The colour shown below is called Lilac.
ELF stands for Eyes, Lip, Face.
