Hello Bright Eyes

Today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite mascaras “The Deep Colour Mascara" By Korres. I love this mascara because it provides a deep glossy colour while conditioning and nourishing your lashes. Also it helps promote growth and strengthens at the same time. The cool thing about this product is that it contains Rice Bran because it expands to maximum volume. In my experience this mascara doesn't smudge or flake and leaves you lashes feeling soft. I give this product major points because it goes on smoothly and doesn’t clump like every other mascara. This product can be found at Sephora and retails for $18.

The "Deep Colour Mascara" is formulated without

- Parabens
- Sulfates
- Mineral Oils

- Petro- Chemicals
- Propylene Glycol

- Ethanolomines

- GMOs
- Synthetic Fragrances

- Synthetic Dye

Lips of an Angel

One of my favorite things to use before applying any makeup is a lip scrub. Not only does it scrubs away dead rough skin but it also get blood flowing to your lips and leave then full and soft. Personally I have helped develop this lip scrub using raw brown sugar and fine white sugar. I love his product because its 100% natural and it work wonders during winter when the cold wreaks havoc on your lips. Not to mention that it smells and taste like caramel and comes in super pretty packaging.

Gentility buff small circles on lips and wipe clean. Then apply your favorite lip tint.

The Cat's Meow

This season it’s all about lined eyes and the biggest contender is the kitten eye. Then Kitten eye witch is a thinner version of the original '60s cat eye. It’s perfect for day and later when you want to go out just thicken for a bolder look. The best product for the job is liquid eyeliner that way you have a fluid line. Now, now I know using liquid eyeliner can sometime be difficult but here are some tips on making the application flawless.

Tips
1. It all about the applicator: I like using liquid eyeliner that is like a pen. It’s easy and mess free.
2. Take your time. There's nothing worse than being rushed when applying a liquid liner.
3. Start at the middle and work your way in, then out using small brush strokes.
3. When at the outer corner of the eye draw a small flick.
4. Personally I like to rest my elbow on a stead surface for support and to stead my hand.

Best product for the job.

Josie Maran, Magic Marker Argan Liquid Eye Liner is fantastic with its thin felted tip. This liner is a sure fire way to create dramatic sexy eyes.

This product is free of
- Parabens
- Sulfates
- Synthetic Fragrances
- Petrochemicals
- Phthalates

I’m so excited to share with you that the CrushCosmetics has finally launched on Etsy. CrushCosmetics is about giving insight about 100% natural makeup that won’t cause irritation your breakout to your skin. We focus on giving makeup that is free on Talc, Paraben’s and Bismuth and is free of any animal products. Below are some reason to stay away from products that contain any of these ingredients.

Paraben’s: are a class of chemicals widely used as preservatives in the cosmetic industry. Parabens are effective preservatives in many types of formulas. These compounds, and their salts, are used primarily for their bactericidal and fungicidal properties. They are becoming increasingly controversial, however, because they have been found in extremely low concentrations in breast cancer tumors and other cancers.

Talc:  is a soft mineral used in cosmetics and industrial applications.  Talc has many uses in cosmetics and personal care products including as an absorbent, anti-caking agent and to improve the feel of a product. However it can irritate the skin and case breakouts. Talc has also been link to ovarian cancer.
Bismuth: Can be found on the table of element and for some users, the bismuth causes itching, especially if they get very warm and/or their face sweats. Bismuth is used in cosmetics because it wide range of pigment.
